Entirely made in Japan, this volume pedal benefits from the best materials available and precision manufacturing.
Most volume pedals suffer from the same recurring defects: fragility of the parts used, little transparency, not very progressive control and weaknesses relating to the construction which result in a short lifespan, particularly with intensive use.
To solve all these problems, the brand has developed its own aluminum / steel frame 5 mm thick. This provides ultra rigidity and precise assembly to prevent the structure from deforming when you press on it and avoid the famous "click" of the case when you press too hard on it.
The brand has also developed a reinforced and braided strap which, unlike ropes and other plastic parts, will not break over time and allows much better fluidity and progressiveness with use.
The custom potentiometer and the selected components make it possible to sweep over the entire stroke without loss of volume and to obtain maximum transparency with impeccable linearity.
The DVL-1 volume pedal is available in two versions, H (high impedance, 500kΩ ) and L (low impedance, 50KΩ ). It's a must of its kind, its price is accordingly, but it's also a pedal that won't let you down for 10 years.
